This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies specifically to the services provided by Credify Zone on CredifyZone.shop.

Loan Applications

Once a loan application is processed and disbursed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to repay a loan early, please refer to the pre-payment terms in your individual loan agreement with Credify Zone.

Consultation Services

If you have paid for a financial consultation service from Credify Zone, you may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a nominal fee.

Processing Fees

Application processing fees are generally non-refundable as they cover the administrative costs of credit evaluation and processing by Credify Zone.
